The following are the promising youths of Tawi-Tawi from Tandubas Municipality. The list is in random order.
1. FATIMA TASNEEM J. MOHAMMAD SALI
Born on September 19, 1991 at Sapa, Tandubas, Tawi-Tawi. She graduated as Class Salutatorian at Sapa Elementary School in Tandubas and First Honorable Mentioned at MSU-TCTO Preparatory High School (2006). She was a MATH Olympiad Champion in high school. At 14, she entered university as academic scholar and graduated as Cum Laude at Far Eastern University - Manila with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2010). At 18, she became one of the youngest registered nurses in the country. She then worked at Gat Andres Bonifacio Hospital. She took her Master of Arts in Nursing major in Adult Health at the University of the Philippines in Manila. Currently, she's a third year medical student at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and landed at Top-4 in her batch last honors' convocation of their university.
2. ALJEMEDIN S. JAUDINEZ
Born on September 30, 1995 at Pag-Asa, Bongao, Tawi-Tawi and grew-up in Zamboanga City. His family moved to their hometown at Ungus-Matata, Tandubas, Tawi-Tawi when he reached grade-six. He graduated as the Class Valedictorian both in elementary and secondary at Panglima Biteng Central School and MSU-TCTO Ungus-Matata High School. He was a consistent President Lister in college and Graduated as the first Summa
Cum Laude of MSU-TCTO College of Education with the degree in BSEd
Mathematics in 2015. He's both the Class Marshall of MSU-TCTO and MSU
System in 2015. At 17, he was awarded as the Most Outstanding Student
Leader in Tawi-Tawi in 2014. He served as the President of the SSC in
2014-2015 and he's also the current chairman of the Tawi-Tawi Youth
Network. At 19, he became the youngest College Instructor in Tawi-Tawi
and probably in the country.
3. MADZWEEN JOY DE ASIS
Also hails from Tandubas, Joy was born on March 31, 1995. Like Aljem, she also grew up in Zamboanga City but her family returned to their hometown when she was in third year high school. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from college with the degree of AB Political Science at MSU-TCTO. She served as a youth leader in many organizations in the province. She's the current chairman of the Tawi-Tawi Youth Parliament, a policy-making body in the province. During college, she participated in a debate competition and landed as second placer in the regional level (ARMM).
